Grasan Management Services Pty Limited was established in April 2003 as a Building Services Project Management Consultancy and Independent Building Services & Critical Systems Commissioning Managers providing Services to the Construction and Financial Services Sectors.


With a decade of experience in the Supply Authority and over two decades of Project Management experience in the Electrical/Communications Contracting & Construction Industries, Grasan Management Services Pty Limited in 2003 directed it's expertise to Project Management of MEP Building Services, Critical Systems Delivery, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency and Commissioning Management.


In 2005 Grasan Management Services (Asia) Limited was established in Hong Kong to provide continuing Building Services, Engineering Project Management and Commissioning Management to Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, based at 59/F Cheung Kong Centre, 2 Queens Road, Central Hong Kong.


Grasan Management Services (Asia) Limited during 2005 to 2007 was dedicated to Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, providing Engineering Support, Building Services Project Management and Commissioning Management for new and existing Facilities in Bangalore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei & Tokyo with a Team of six Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and Building Services Specialists.


At the end of 2007 Grasan Management Services Pty. Limited withdrew from Asia to concentrate on the Australian requirement for Green Buildings, Buildings Energy Ratings, Environmental and Sustainability for Building Services and Independent Commissioning Management.


Today, Grasan Management Services Pty. Limited are focused on providing Services through Design Review, Value Engineering, Equipment Life Cycle & Energy Ratings selection, Delivery & Commissioning Management for new and refurbished Facilities to ensure that the Building Services have been installed to the Design Intent with options for Project Management Support for post-delivery Operational, Scheduled and Preventative Maintenance Requirements.
